according to OnePlus just launched the new Open Beta 3 Android 9.0 Pie-based software update for OnePlus 6 devices participating in the open beta program. The changelog says that users can expect better face open and fingerprint scanner behavior and there's now added backing for Google Assistant or other third-party assistant apps. OnePlus alextremely extended the backing for Parallel Apps by including Telegram, Discord, IMO, Uber and OLA. The OnePlus Switch app gets a handful of useful improvements including broader backing for other Android devices.
