FreedomPop launches its own-branded android phoneFreedomPop has announced the launch of itso referring to own-branded smartphone, the FreedomPop V7. FreedomPop launched a handful of years ago as a free way for users to get very basic phone service. This phone is described as a wifi-first smartphone, one that obviously runs on the FreedomPop network using the carrier's SIM card. The entire unit, including a SIM card, costs 57 GBP (U.S. pricing isn't yet available).
