The survey conducted by VisionMobile consulted 16,500 developers from around the world and revealed that Latin America, the Middle East & Africa and Southeast Asia represent the largest potential for growth and profit with regards to app development.The reasons for this are directly linked to the high penetration of Android in these markets.In Latin America, Android is the first choice as a development platform.

Bing has released new updates to its search app for iOS and Android, adding new music and video features, along with more map options.The updated version 6.7.2 Bing search app will now play a video without sound directly in search results with the lyrics listed below the video – a feature that has been available on Bing desktop.The app also includes a new Music page listing trending songs and artists.
